can anyone help? I would like to know how to create a torrent live with VLC output to share with Torrent Stream ... there a guide or tutorial that I can see?

At home broadcast with VLC but I do not know how to create a torrent with the output of VLC (http://xx.xxx.xx.xx:8080 example) ... how can i do this?
