Services running on loopback interface do not intended to be accessed from external network. If you need to access such services, then you should bind them to public interface, or use any appropriate tunnel (SSH-tunnel, as example (http://blog.trackets.com/2014/05/17/ssh-tunnel-local-and-remote-port-forwarding-explained-with-examples.html)).

Can you give example or type, how can i bind the service to public interface?
